One way people can engage in REAL COMMUNITY at Englewood is by joining a Care Group. These groups are designed to provide the support and help needed to overcome the struggles of broken people living in a broken world. Check out our current class listings below:
Sunday Care Group (Highland Campus)
GriefShare - Loss of a Spouse (begins September 13)
Leaders: Linda Hightower and Joanna Moore
Location: WFH 152 | 11AM
Description: A special one-session seminar designed specifically for those grieving the loss of a spouse. Participants will receive practical guidance, encouragement, and support from others who understand the unique challenges of this type of loss.
GriefShare - SURVIVING THE HOLIDAYS (begins November 8)
Leaders: Linda Hightower and Joanna Moore

Description: Join us for GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays, a one session seminar designed to help individuals navigate the intense pain and unique challenges of the holiday season following the death of a loved one.
Wednesday Care Group (Highland Campus)
Celebrate Recovery (begins August 19)
Leaders: Jasmine Doggett
Location: Annex 100 | 6:00 PM
Description: Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered 12-step program designed to help people find freedom from life’s “hurts, hang-ups, and habits.” It combines the traditional 12 steps of recovery with eight biblical principles based on the Beatitudes, helping participants experience healing, growth, and lasting transformation through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
We are looking to add more Care Groups at Englewood, such as:
