Englewood Master Plan
We exist to love God, love people, and serve the world by living out and sharing the life-changing realities of the Gospel in every place, every day.

Our Master Plan Vote Sunday 12.14.25
Scattered throughout the history of every church are key moments that serve as historic milestones upon which the abiding realities of a congregation stand. Numerous points of our corporate journey stand out in the rich history of Englewood, but I am convinced that in the years ahead we will include TODAY as a strategic landmark in our continued effectiveness as a congregation.
I am happy to announce that, with an affirmation of 95%, you have endorsed our Master Plan as the right roadmap for our facilities going forward. Your confidence in the work of our Facility Planning Team is a blessing to our entire committee and to me personally. I love and admire your heart for the Lord and your ambition for our shared future. Thank you for allowing me to lead you during these pivotal days.
In early January we will assemble our Phase One Building Team to develop and recommend the details of our first steps through the Master Plan. Remember, each proposal from any building committee will require further church approval.
A vision of this size will take several years to complete, but together we will continue to press forward.
Serving you is a joy!
Pastor Adam
The Master Plan
Our Master Plan is designed in phases, so our church can move forward step by step. Each phase can be broken down into smaller sub-phases, providing us with the flexibility to match ministry needs with financial reality. Doing so allows us to work in manageable, affordable pieces while still creating room for growth.
The plan does two things:
- It repurposes buildings we already own to meet current needs.
- It creates space for new buildings in the future as ministry expands.
There’s a lot to take in. We invite you to review the entire plan, pray over it, and consider this recommended path forward from our Facilities Vision Team.
